摘要
锰含碳复合球团在大型矿热电炉中使用时,在捣炉机作用下易破碎粉化,影响炉料透气性,从而影响炉况。为不影响生产,改变了球团入炉方式和位置,避免了球团的分化。在生产实践中运用效果良好。
When Mn with C composite pellets are used in large-scale submerged arc furnace,crushed and pulverized by the stoking machine,affected the permeability of burden,furnace condition and production.The pulverization of pellets was avoided by changing pellets way of entering furnace and location,which was applied in production practice effectively.
