中频炉重熔生产高硅锰硅合金的试验

摘要 介绍了中频炉重熔生产高硅锰硅合金的一步法与二步法试验,结果表明中频炉重熔法可以生产高硅锰硅合金,二步法的Mn、Si回收率高于一步法,Mn、Si回收率分别为92.48%、84.53%。要想制得合格的FeMn60Si20合金,原料中Mn与Si的质量分数之和必须大于82%。 One step method and two step method to produce Mn-Si with high Si in medium frequency furnace were introduced in this paper,the results showed that qualified high Si Mn-Si could be obtained.Mn and Si recovery in two step method was higher than that in one step method,the recovery rate of Mn and Si was 92.48%and 84.5%respectively. To produce the qualified FeMn60Si20 alloy,the sum of Mn and Si in raw materials should be more than 82%.
