自体牙移植5年随访观察疗效分析

Evaluation of the Clinical Effect of Autogenous Tooth Transplantation Follow-up Visit in 5 Years

目的观察自体牙移植术的临床疗效。方法选择2003-08～2007-08期间48例(52颗牙)自体牙移植病例,观察术后1、3、5年移植牙的临床效果。结果 1年后复查,成功46颗,有效6颗;3年期复查成功40颗,有效10颗,失败2颗;5年后随访到43例46颗,成功31颗,有效12颗,失败3颗。结论自体牙移植术作为一种修复个别牙缺损的理想选择,快速有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of autogenous tooth transplantation. Methods The data of 48 cases （52 teeth） of tooth autotransplantation from August 2003 to Angust 2007 were collected. They were followed 1 year,3 years and 5 years after operation, and an assessment was made in terms of transplanted teeth. Results 46 teeth were successfully transplanted, 6 were acceptable 1 year post - operatively; 3 years later, 40 teeth were still successful, 10 acceptable, and 2 failed ; and 5 years later, 31 teeth were still successful, 12 acceptable, and 3 failed. Conclusion Autogenous tooth transplantation is rapid and effective as an excellent option for treatment of an edentulous space.
