摘要
目的:研制深圳市统一规范化布局和内部标准化配置的救护车。方法:通过对比分析两家公司对奔驰Sprinter 324改装救护车优缺点比较,确定救护车整体和内部布局进行改装;并通过实验对比100名护士在改装救护车及现行救护车中核对器械及药品所需时间,判断两种车的优劣。结果:确定选用高顶型奔驰324进行改装,并优化医疗舱及整体布局,方便医护人员进行院前抢救;且实验结果显示在护士对新型救护车核对器械及药品所需时间少于现行救护车,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改装型救护车可大大减少急救中各种操作时间,为抢救生命争取了宝贵时间。
Objective: To design a new type of ambulance unified layort and standardization allocation. Methods:The new ambulance was reformed after agreement of unified layort and standardization allocation which was received according to investigate of two companies that in charge of reform of Mercedes-Benz 324. After the ambulance reformed,a experiment was take to test merit and demerit of new ambulance via testing the time of check up the instruments and drugs. Results: High top type of Mercedes-Benz 324 was chosed as basic type. It was convenience in manipulation of medical workers because of optimize allocation of resources,and it showed significant difference between new and old type of ambulance in time of check up the instruments and drugs (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: It could reduce the time of manipulation in pre-hosDital resuscitation of new type of ambulance.
