L细胞作为肠道内分泌细胞的一种,零散分布于胃肠道,分泌胰高血糖素样肽1、胰高血糖素样肽2、多肽YY等多种重要的肽类激素。胰高血糖素样肽1对脂肪细胞、PDX-1基因的调控、改善内质网应激、细胞凋亡、神经系统、消化系统、血管内皮、糖调节等均有作用。而胰高血糖素样肽2目前主要了解其对肠道作用突出。多肽YY对肝癌细胞的增殖有抑制作用,对食欲也有影响,这些还需要更细致的深入研究。
L cells is a kind of endocrine cells in the gut,scattering in the gastrointestinal tract and secreting glucagon-like peptide-1（GLP-1）,glucagon like peptide-2（GLP-2）,peptide YY（PYY） and other important peptide hormones.They have their own physiological characteristics.The glucagon-like peptides 1（GLP-1） has effect on fat cells,regulation of the PDX-1 gene,improvement of endoplasmic reticulum stress,apoptosis,nervous system,digestive system,endothelial and glucose regulation.While the glucagon like peptide-2（GLP-2） has main effect on intestinal function highlights.Polypeptide YY not only has effect on hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation,but also plays a role in appetite.Detailed research is needed.
