青年医务人员思想状况及职业生涯规划调查

Investigation and Analysis on Young Medical staff's Mental Status and Career Planning

目的针对目前从事医疗行业的青年普遍追求高学历、高水平、临床科研齐头并进的现状,对工作强度大、从业风险高、收入普遍比较低的青年医务工作者做好思想引导和职业生涯规划进行调研,为完善医院青年人才培养规划提出合理化建议,激发青年员工在院务工作中的积极性,为青年发展成才奠定基础。方法随机选取上海市某市级医院473名35岁以下青年员工,采用问卷调查,了解其对待工作与生活的态度、对待事业与成功的态度及对职业的认可度、医院的归属感等方面的信息和数据。结果大部分被调查青年医务工作者珍惜目前从事的工作,有明确的职业发展目标,工作努力、学习勤奋。为了个人的发展,绝大多数进行过或正在进行针对性的努力,有较强的危机感和紧迫感。但是本次调研也反映出被调研者工作压力大,对医院工作环境不甚满意。同时,认为个人的成才和领导合理的用人关系密切。结论医院应就青年医务人员的工作积极性,职业生涯规划及青年人才培养加强进一步指导和促进。

Object In view of the phenomenon that commonly young medical staffs pursuit high education and demand high level clinical technique which should go hand in hand with scientific research,researchers aimed to investigate the problem that how to do good mental guidance and career planning on young medical employees who work with high stress,high risk,but low income,further improve hospital young medical talents cultivation planning,in order to inspire them to work harder and prepare solid foundation for their development.Methods Questionnaire inventory was applied to 473 young medical staffs that were under 35 years old and selected randomly from a Shanghai municipal hospital for the investigation and analysis of their work and life attitudes,attitudes toward success,the recognition of their work and sense of belonging.Results Most respondents cherish their current job and have a clear career goal,work and study hard.For personal development,the majorities have a strong sense of crisis and they are conducting or about to conduct targeted efforts toward their goals.But this research also revealed that the respondents＇ jobs are stressful and they are not very satisfied with their working environment.Meanwhile,they believe that personal success has a close relationship with leaders＇ reasonable personnel management.Conclusion Hospital should further strengthen young medical staffs＇ guidance on their work enthusiasm and career planning.
