摘要
本文针对体系部队健康管理模式存在的问题,提出构建体系部队新型健康管理模式的策略;即采用现代医学和信息化管理技术,对部队医院所属体系部队成员的健康、亚健康和疾病各个阶段进行全面管理的过程,注重体系部队健康状况评估和风险预测;并提出健康管理应遵循的全员全程性、个性化互动性及制度化原则;通过构建新型的体系部队健康管理模式,可以达到转变思想、更新观念,真正实现对新时期体系部队的健康管理目标。
In this paper the strategies were proposed to establish health management model for the system force according to the present situation,in which modern medicine and information technology were applied to manage overall courses of the personnel of the system force including health status,sub-health status and ill status;health status assessment and risk prediction were focused on;health management principles as the full,personalized interactive and institutionalized were introduced.With these efforts,a new health management system could be estalished,with which we can change the service ideas and realize the objectives of health management.
