手术加电灼结合干扰素治疗男性生殖器疱疹疗效观察

Efficacy of circumcision combined with electrocautery interferon in treatment of male patients with genital herpes

目的评价切除包皮或阴茎皮肤病变加用干扰素局部注射治疗男性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法随机收集81例男性生殖器疱疹患者,根据病变部位的不同,采用包皮环切除或切除阴茎皮肤病变组织,对病变不能完全切除的患者加用电灼,而后使用a-2b干扰素300万单位局部注射,隔日1次,共10次。结果治疗后追踪1-2年,68例病变完全切除的患者均无复发;13例病变位于非手术切除范围的患者明显减少生殖器疱疹的复发频率并逐年递减,最终全部治愈。结论切除病变的包皮或阴茎皮肤后,对残存病灶加用电灼及干扰素局部注射是治疗生殖器疱疹的有效方法。

Objectives To evaluate the therapeutic effect of circumcision combined with electrocautery and interferon in treatment of patients with genital herpes. Methods Circumcision or excision of genital skin Lesion was executed according to different pathologic changes in 81 male patients with genital herpes. Electroeautery in combination with a-2b interferon at dose of 3 million unit every other day for a course of 10 days was used for treatment of those whose lesions could not be fully excised. Results No recurrence occurred to the 68 patients treated with excision after a follow-up of 1-2 years. The other 13 cases whose lesions could not be fully excised and treated with interferon cured. Conclusion Electrocantery combined with interferon after circumcision or excision of skin lesion is an effective method for treatment of male patients with genital herpes.
