摘要
时代迫切要求当代师范大学生增强基层意识,志愿并能扎根在基层任教。构建提升师范生基层意识的立体化机制,既是构建社会主义和谐社会的迫切要求,也是教育公平和均衡发展的根本保障,是促进师范生科学发展的有效途径。构建提升师范生基层意识的立体化机制,必须遵循整体性、层次性、动态性和反馈性原则,必须坚持系统观点、发展观点、立体观点、整体规划。
It is an urgent need to enhance the normal university students' consciousness in teaching at the grassroots level. The construction of a three-dimensional system is an effective way. Educational justice and a balanced educational development require our normal university students to work at the grassroots level. A holistic, hierarchical and dynamic view should be taken in constructing such a three-dimensional system.
