摘要
个体不满于人格模式生成的职业是职业定位中常见现象,不应据此否定霍兰德职业兴趣测验的作用。咨询师应了解人格模式、人格模式的特征以及分量表的详细信息;了解职业梦想部分的职业、职业梦想代码以及职业梦想的聚合性;了解评估兴趣与表达兴趣的对等性。咨询师只有在充分利用测验信息的基础上,才能提出合理化建议。
It is a common phenomenon that individuals are dissatisfied with the vocation suggested by their personality. But it is not the basis for denying the validity of Holland's vocational interest test. Counselors should know about personality mode, its character and the details of subscales. They should then learn about the vocational aspirations and their codes and coherence. Finally, they should understand the congruence between the expressed interests and assessed interests. Only the sugges tions based on sufficient use of the test information can be sound.
