在新时期国际文化相互交融的背景之下,艺术类高校要培养具有国际视野的创新性复合型人才,就必须将国际化的教学方式和内容引进课堂,以培养出适应时代需求的艺术人才。而艺术类高校课程的国际化,也需要从历史传承走向创新深入,如采用"工作坊"的形式加强课程国际化,同时加强学校"软件"建设,以优厚条件引进一流外籍专家,同时创造更多机会,让国内教师出国接触国外教学理念,开放思维模式,创新教学内容。

With the increase of international exchanges, Chinese art institutes need to introduce into their classrooms the teaching modes and content of other countries so as to equip our art talents with international vision. ＂Workshop＂ is one of the effective ways to attain the goat. In the meanwhile, the relevant institutes should manage to attract the top-class international teachers and to have our staff trained abroad.
