摘要
本文在分析离心机工作原理的基础上,介绍了坦洲自来水公司离心机控制系统的改造,取消了由厂家配套使用的STARDEC控制屏,改造为由PLC控制,通过触摸屏操作。改造后系统稳定可靠,出泥效果好,操作方便。
In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the centrifuge works, describes the transformation of Tan Zhou Water Supply centrifuge control system, the abolition of the use by manufacturers supporting STARDEC control panel, the transformation of the grounds of the PLC control via HMI operation. After transformation, the system is stable and reliable, the effect of the mud, easy to operate.
