On the Connotation of Social Work Spirit

社工精神与人文精神、志愿精神既有联系又有区别。与人文精神相比,社工精神是一个小概念,人文精神是其上位概念;志愿精神与社工精神则是两个内涵不同的并列概念。厘清三个概念之间的关系,既有利于社会工作的发展,也有利于志愿工作的开展。

There are both connection and difference among so- cial work spirit, humanistic spirit, and volunteerism. Compared with the spirit of humanity, the concept of social work spirit is small, and the humanistic spirit is its superior concept.
