西方高校社会工作发展的背景与中国社会现实存在较大的差异,直接运用西方社会工作的理论和方法在中国高校开展工作存在诸多难题。中国传统价值观与高校社会工作基本理念具有相似性,正确地运用传统价值观有利于促进高校社会工作的本土化。

The background of the development of Western Col- lege＇s Social Work in and Chinese social reality exists the big differ- ence. It is not so easy that we use directly western social work theo- ries and methods in Chinese college＇s work. Chinese traditional val- ues and some basic concepts of college social work in a certain extent has consistency. If we use correctly traditional values, it is advanta- geous to the localization of social work.
