木立芦荟联合蜂蜜治疗小儿痱子的效果观察

The Observation of the Effect of Aloe Arborescens and Hone in Treating Child Prickly Heat

目的观察木立芦荟联合蜂蜜治疗小儿痱子的效果。方法将88例患者分成3组,治疗组30例,对照组130例,对照组228例,3组患者按常规给予皮肤清洁护理后,治疗组用木立芦荟洗净、去皮、去刺,捣碎成汁与适量蜂蜜搅匀涂擦患处,对照组1用痱子粉涂擦患处,对照组2仅用芦荟汁涂擦患处,每日3次,连续用5d。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%,对照组1总有效率60%,对照组2总有效率60.7%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论木立芦荟联合蜂蜜综合治疗小儿痱子疗效肯定,操作简单,是治疗小儿痱子较好的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of aloe arborescens and hone in treating child prickly heat. Methods 88 cases were divided into three groups randomly, 30 cases in treatment group, 30 cases in control groupl and 28 cases in control group2. All the patients in three groups were given skin care routinely. The treatment group mixed the juice of aloe arboreseens with hone and applied onto the affected part. The control groupl applied the prickly heart onto the affected part. The control group2 only applied the juice of aloe arborescens onto the af- fected part. Each group used 3 times a day and lasted for five consecutive days. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group, con- trol groupl and control group2 were 96.7%, 60% , and 60, 7% individually. The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The mixed - use of aloe arborescens and hone is an effective way to treat child prickly heat and the operation is very simple.
