The Investigation and Analysis of Hand Hygiene in Medical Staff

目的了解临床医务人员手卫生状况及其影响因素。方法采用随机抽样的方法,观察医务人员手卫生的依从性、合格率及影响因素,进行手卫生效果评价及分析。结果临床医务人员手卫生的依从率及合格率分别为62.5%和91.3%,与职业、规范化培训与否及医院环境区域等因素影响有关。护士手卫生合格率高于医生(χ2=12.45,P<0.01);Ⅱ类环境医务人员手卫生合格率高于Ⅲ类环境医务人员(χ2=9.80,P<0.01);经规范化培训的医务人员手卫生合格率明显高于未经培训医务人员(χ2=44.83,P<0.01)。结论应加强医务人员的手卫生相关知识的学习与培训,强化手卫生观念,提高医务人员的手卫生的依从率及合格率,有效降低医院感染的发生。

Objective To explore the current situation and influence factors of hand hygiene in clinical staff. Methods Random sampling was applied to evaluate and analysis the compliance, qualified rate and influence factors of medical staff＇s hand hygiene. Results The com- pliance rate and qualified rate of hand hygiene were 62. 5% and 91.3% , respectively, This difference was analyzed to he affected significant- ly by the occupational difference, training programs and regional distribution of hospital. Hand hygiene was better in nurses than in doctors （X2 = 12.45 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. The qualified rate of hand hygiene was higher in class Ⅱ area of hospital than in class III area （X2 = 9.80, P 〈0. 01 ）. The trained staff had better hand hygiene than the non - trained staff （ X2 = 44.83, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The emphasis should he pay on the learning of related hand hygiene knowledge and try toraise the clinical staffg compliance rate and qualified rate, at the same time, to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
