摘要
运用分步法设计了以聚氨酯树脂为基体的UV光固化涂层配方,并对漆膜进行附着力、硬度、耐冲击性、耐候性等测试。探讨了树脂用量、活性稀释剂混合使用、引发剂用量对漆膜各项性能的影响,并测试了加入吸波剂后漆膜的性能。结果显示:固化的漆膜具有较高的硬度、快速固化、优异的附着力和吸波特性以及良好的耐候性能。
A UV light curing coating formulation based on the polyurethane resin was prepared by several steps. The properties of the ad- hesion, hardness, impact resistance, weathering resistance of the coating were characterized .And the influence of the resin dosage, reactive diluents, initiator absorbing agent on the properties of films were investigated. The results showed that the films of the curing coating have high hardness, rapid solidification, excellent adhesion, good microwave absorption properties and weathering resistance.
