吐鲁番博物馆藏《洪宪元年（1916）迪化道公署禁用翻印教科书饬文》

Turfan Museum collection In Hongxian Year 1 （1916 AD） , the Official Document of Dihua Government Office about Prohibit the Use of Pirated Textbooks

本件为洪宪元年二月，迪化道公署为禁用翻印教科书下给吐鲁番县的饬文及上海书业商会的禀报附件。洪宪为民国五年袁世凯复辟帝制所改年号。饬文及附件反映了全国教科书被翻印乱象及官方的应对措施，具有现实借鉴意义。吐鲁番虽地处偏远，在推行教育新制和使用全国统一教科书方面，也有自身的发展过程。

These are the report attachments of Shanghai Book Industry Association and in February, Hongxian Year 1, the official document that Dihua Government office issued to Turfan Prefecture in order to prohibit the use of pirated Textbooks. Hongxian is the reign title that Yuan Shikai has changed in order to restore the monarchy in Republic of China 5 years. The official document and the attachment have a realistic reference that reflect the chaos on the national textbooks which were reprinted and the official response, Although Turfan in a remote areas, it also has its own developing process in the implementation of new education system and use of a unified national textbooks.
