电动轮自卸车触发电路设计与仿真分析

摘要 传统触发器存在电压过零点难以确定、系统不稳定、抗干扰能力差等问题,已不适用于自卸车,所以设计一种新的触发电路具有实际意义.文中针对传统自卸车触发电路存在的问题,对原有触发电路加以改进并设计出了一种新型触发电路.改进后的触发电路采用锁存器和多谐振荡器,具有过零点采样精确、同步跟踪等优点,较好地解决了传统触发电路存在的问题.文中还介绍了电动轮自卸车触发系统的电气原理,给出仿真和实际应用波形图.通过Multisim10.0软件对新型触发电路进行仿真,仿真结果表明效果良好. It is of practical significance to designing a new kind of trigger circuit since the traditional triggers can not satisfy the requirements of dump truck and there exist some problems: difficult to determine the voltage ZPC,poor anti-interference ability,and instability of the system.This paper aims to tackle the problems in the triggering system of dump truck by designing a new trigger circuit for the purpose of improving the original triggering system.The improved trigger circuit,adopting flip-latch and multi-vibrator,enables one to solve the problems in the traditional triggering system.Also,this paper introduces the electrical principle of the triggering system of electric wheel dump trucks and shows wave forms of the simulation and practical application.The new trigger circuit was simulated by the software Multisim10.0,and the simulation results show a good effect.
