摘要
基于虚拟仿真手段,在曲轴柔性化基础上建立了某型柴油机轴系多体动力学模型,对其进行了拉缸时的扭振特性分析。分析表明:柴油机拉缸时,轴系的低次简谐1.0次振幅有较大的增加;各主谐次的扭振幅值较正常情况也增大。这一结论可为柴油机的在线监测与拉缸故障诊断提供依据。
The multi-body dynamic model was established on the base of flexible shaft by virtual simulation tools.Then the torsional vibration during cylinder scuffing was analyzed.The results showed that the low-order simple harmonic amplitude of 1.0 was greatly increased and the main harmonic amplitude was also increased compared with normal condition.This conclusion provides a reliable basis for diesel engine cylinder on-line monitoring and scuffing fault diagnosis.
