摘要
采用数值模拟的方法,对一台600 MWe燃烧褐煤的四角切向燃烧煤粉炉的燃烧与流动特性进行了研究,深入比较和了解水平燃料分级燃烧改造前后炉内燃烧与流动特性的不同,为该技术的进一步优化和燃烧调整提供依据。
Numerical study of the combustion process and NO emission of a 600 MWe tangentially fired boiler with horizontal-fuel-staged combustion system(horizontal bias combustion(HBC) burners) were performed by Fluent 6.2 CFD software.The temperature field and the distribution of combustion species concentration in the furnace were gained as well as the aerodynamic field.The simulation results shows that horizontal-fuel-staged combustion system can keep good combustion stability and the NOx emission of the boiler reduces significantly.
