摘要
针对电站高温高压阀门密封面点状、局部沟槽状小面积损伤和面积较大须整体堆焊密封面的的不同需求通过合理选用焊接材料,制定了具体的补焊、堆焊、机械加工、研磨工艺,成功的修复了受损的阀门,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
There are punctated damage, a small area of damage of trench like and a large area of damage (it must be overall overlaying welding) on the sealing surface of high temperature and high pressure valve of the power station. For this reason, suitable welding materials are selected and the practical processes plans of repairing welding, overlaying welding, mechanical processing and grinding are worker out. The damaged valve is repairedsuccessfully, and obvious economic and social benefits are achieved.
