To reduce energy consumption of vacuum refining VOD furnace, and to improve the apparatus efficiency and economic benefit, the combustion of the level-five Laval jet with water pump is auxiliary pump with requirements for steam replaced by the combustion of the level-three main pump and level-one water ring pump-type vacuum pump set, which greatly reduces the medium quality parameters and improves nozzle jet velocity.
