摘要
为茅台酒厂地区金属污染的环境监测提供基础数据,应用A Analyst 800原子吸收光谱仪、AF-640原子荧光光谱仪和电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对贵州茅台酒厂内清洁区、酒生产车间、居民区和动力车间煤区的暗色石灰藓及其基质内的8种元素(Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cd,Pb,As,Hg)含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明:清洁区、酒生产车间、居民区内的重金属元素含量均没有超出《土壤环境质量标准》的三级标准,动力车间煤区基质的Hg和Zn元素含量超过了《土壤环境质量标准》三级标准。暗色石灰藓对Zn和Hg相对富集,对Cu和As特别敏感。茅台酒厂内的清洁区、酒生产车间、居民区均未受重金属污染,动力车间煤区受到重度重金属污染。
The contents of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cd,Pb,As and Hg in Hydrogonium sordidum and its substrates from the cleaning area,production department,residential area and coal storage area were detected by atomic absorption spectroscope(AAS),atomic fluorescence spectroscopy(AFS) and inductive coupling plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES) to provide the basic data for environment monitoring of heavy metals in Maotai winery area.The results showed that the contents of Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,Cd,Pb,As and Hg in H.sordidum and its substrates from the cleaning area,production department and residential area were not beyond the third standard of Soil Enviroment Quality Standard but the content of Hg and Zn in H.sordidum and its substrates from the coal storage area was beyond the third standard of Soil Enviroment Quality Standard.Zn and Hg could be relatively enriched in H.sordidum but H.sordidum was sensitive to Cu and As.Therefore,the cleaning area,production department and residential area in Maotai winery area were not polluted by heavy metals and the coal storage area was polluted by heavy metals severely.
