摘要
目的:探讨AKT2与人宫颈癌基因(HCCR)在结肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测70例结肠癌组织、30例正常结肠组织中AKT2和HCCR的表达,分析HC-CR的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:AKT2在30例正常结肠组织中2例阳性表达,表达率为6.7%;在70例结肠癌组织中43例为阳性表达,表达率为61.4%。HCCR在30例正常组织中有1例阳性表达,表达率为6.6%,在70例结肠癌组织中有49例阳性表达,阳性率70.0%,其阳性表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期有关(P<0.05)。癌组织中AKT2与HCCR的表达呈正相关(r=0.611,n=70,P=0.000)。结论:结肠癌组织中HCCR处于过度表达状态与结肠癌的发生密切相关。AKT2作为癌基因在结肠癌的发生发展中发挥作用,AKT2可能通过PI3K/Akt信号转导通路调节HCCR的表达。
Objective:To explore the expression of AKT2 and HCCR in colorectal carcinoma tissues and its prognostic significance.Methods:The expression of AKT2 and HCCR in 70 samples of colorectal carcinoma tissue and 30 samples of normal colorectal tissue around the foci were detected by SP immunohistochemistry.The relationship between expressions of HCCR and clinic pathological features including prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive express of AKT2 in normal group and carcinoma group was 6.7%(2/30) and 61.4%(43/70) respectively.The positive expression of HCCR in normal sample and carcinoma sample was 6.7%(1/30) and 70%(49/70) respectively,and this related to differentiation grade of carcinoma,lymph node metastases and Dukes' stage(P0.05).The positive expression of AKT2 has a positive correlation with HCCR in colorectal carcinoma tissues(r=0.611,n=70,P=0.000).Conclusions:The HCCR stand in over-expression status in the colorectal carcinoma tissues,HCCR could play an important role in the occurrence of colorectal carcinoma.And AKT2 plays a role as a cancer gene in the occurrence of colorectal carcinoma.
