近年来,物流行业的迅猛发展带动了行业经济的快速增长。国家发改委、统计局和中国物流与采购联合会统计,"十五"期间社会物流总额达到158.7万亿元,比"九五"期间增长近140%,年均增长23%。与此同时,我国绝大部分的中小物流企业信息化建设却仍处于初级阶段,企业普遍缺乏系统开发的资金,企业管理意识薄弱,意识不到信息化对物流的作用,需求的个性化和生产的批量化难以统一,开发成本高,软件开发商很难盈利。而物流行业信息化建设的重点除围绕基本的计算机应用外,物流行业战略联盟式的业务环境的建立和通过信息化来整合物流行业上下游的高效产业链将成为物流企业信息化建设的方向。在以上两点发现的基础上,本分详尽的分析了电信运营商进入物流行业信息化的机会。

The rapid development in logistics industry drives a rapid economic growth in this industry of late years.According to the statistics of the National Development Reform Commission,Bureau of Statistics and China Association of Logistics Procurement,during the period of ＂10th Five-year Plane＂,the social logistics total amounted to 158.7 trillion Yuan RMB,growth nearly 140% more than the period in ＂9th Five-year Plan＂,the average annual growth of 23%.At the same time,the construction of logistics informatization in most of the small and medium-scaled enterprises were still in the primary stage in our country,the enterprise generally lacked of system development funds,the management consciousness in enterprises were weak,unaware of informatization on the role of logistics demand,personalized and production of batch quantization was difficult to unity,the R/D cost was high,the software developers were difficult to gain profit.Besides of the informationization construction in logistics industry addition to focus on basic computer application,logistics industry strategic alliance type business environment established and through the information to integrate logistics industry and downstream of the industry chain will be efficient logistics enterprise informatzatiion construction direction.In abovementioned two basical points.This paper analyzed in detail for the opportunity to enter logistics industry informatization of telecom operators.
