Research and Development of Informatization Management System for the Image of Metering Device

本文为应对供电企业传统营业普查模式存在的诸多问题,设计开发了计量装置影像信息化管理系统。该系统采用照片采集与电子建档相结合的方式,使用户信息与其计量装置的各种图形信息统一管理并达到共享,为供电企业提供有效分析手段,实现供电企业的智能化业务管理。

The purpose of this paper is to deal with the various problems of the power supply enterprise traditional mode of business census and this paper designs and develops the informatization management system for the image of metering device.The system adopts a way of the combination of the image collection and electronic and the system makes the user information and all kinds of graphic information of the measuring device unified management and achieves sharing.It also provides effective analysis means for the power supply enterprise and to realize the intelligent business management.
