耐高渗糖蜜酿酒酵母的紫外诱变逐级驯化选育 被引量:6

摘要 以酿酒酵母AS2.1189为出发菌,经过紫外诱变驯化100代,筛选得到B2和A17驯化株。将其接种于34゜Bx糖蜜发酵培养基,结果 A17发酵速率提升约12%,B2发酵速率提升约6%,表明驯化株耐高渗性能有较大提高。 AS2.1189, the parent strain, was mutagenized by UV radiation and domesticated for 100 generations. B2 and A17 were screened, which were inoculated to 34°Bx molasses fermentation medium. Results show that the fermentation velocity of B2 and A17 was increased by 6% and 12%. The study indicates that the 2 mutants are more osmo-tolerant than the parent.
