协同创新是以知识增值为核心,企业、政府、知识生产机构(大学、研究机构)、中介机构和用户等为了实现重大科技创新而开展的大跨度整合的创新组织模式。在全国科技体制改革与创新体系建设中,重点是创新体系的建设,通过一系列体制改革,结合当前国内外形势,探索一条适合我国提高第一生产力的发展模式。本文结合科技工作职能,以深化科技体制改革为契机,以全面贯彻落实科技协同创新为目的,建设创新型地区,实现创新驱动发展。

Collaborative innovation is a large span innovative organizational model, which takes value-added knowledge as the core, and is to achieve major scientific and technological innovation for the enterprises, government, knowledge production institutions （universities, research institutions）, intermediaries and users. Among the construction of national science and technology system and innovation system, the emphasis is the innovation system, which explores a suitable development mode for China to improve the first productive forces, through a series of institutional reforms, and combining with the current situation at home and abroad. In this article ,the Author combines with the functions of technology work, is to deepen the reform of the science and technology system, fully implements the collaborative innovation of science and technology, builds an innovative regional, and realizes innovation-driven development.
