以项目协同机制促进知识产权发展的创新思维,推动光伏企业、科研院所以及相关机构协同创新,是解决江西省光伏产业长远发展的最有效途径之一。本文着重从协同创新机制的再设计以及高校创新体系构建两方面提出发展对策。

Project coordination mechanism to promote innovation in the development of intellectual property, promote collaborative innovation photovoltaic enterprises, research institutes and related organizations, is one of the most effective way to solve the long-term development of the photovoltaic industry in Jiangxi Province. Therefore, the focus from the re-design of collaborative innovation mechanism and university innovation system to build two, proposed the development of countermeasures.
