On Current Situation of Teaching Subject Teachers' Research Ability in Local Universities

本文针对地方高校教学型学科教师科研能力的现状,讨论分析其成因,并提出几点思考以待提升地方高校教学型学科教师科研能力。

Regarding to the current situation of teaching subject teachers＇ research ability in local universities, this paper discussed and analysed the reasons. It also proposed some points to improve the research ability of teaching subject teachers in local universities.
