摘要
目的:对太极贴进行动物多次皮肤刺激试验,为其提供使用前安全性评价。方法:用太极贴斑贴家兔完整皮肤,每天一次,连续斑贴14天,并逐日观察症状表现。结果:太极贴对家兔的刺激评分为2.2分。结论:太极贴对家兔刺激反应强度为中度,有可能对使用者敷用部位产生刺激作用,长期使用可能对使用者身体造成不良影响。
Objective：To evaluate the dermal irritation test of Tai Chi stickers to animals＇skin, and to provide safety evaluation ofpre-application. Methods： The rabbits healthy skin were locally treated with Tai Chi stickers for 14 days continuously,and their symptoms were observed day by day. Results： The stimulation scores of type 3 of Tai Chi stickers were 2.2. Conclusion： Tai Chi stickers has moderate irritation on rabbits＇skin,and long-term use may adversely affect the health of user＇s body.
