枯草芽孢杆菌对普通级实验兔生产性能的初探

The Effect of Bacillus Subtilis on the Growth Performance of Conventional Rabbits

目的:探讨枯草芽孢杆菌对普通级实验兔生长性能的影响。方法:选择30日龄健康的普通级实验兔40只,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组20只,雄雌各半,实验组在普通兔饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌添加剂0.05%,对照组用普通兔饲料。结果:实验组平均日增重比对照组提高了33.35%,料肉比降低了13.96%,成活率提高了10%,差异显著(p≤0.05)。结论:枯草芽孢杆菌对提高普通级实验兔生产性能有显著效果。

Objective： To evaluate the impact of the growth performance of Bacillus subtilis in conventional rabbits. Methods： Forty adult healthy rabbit aged 30 d were randomized into the experimental group and the control group, which group had twenty rabbits and female and male in half. The experimental group was fed normal rabbit feed with Bacillus subtilis additive 0.05%, and the control group was just fed normal rabbit feed. Result： In the experimental group, average daily gain increased by 33.35%, the feed conversion ratio decreased 13.96%, the survival rate was increased by 10% than the control group, which has a significant difference （p≤ 0.05）. Conclusion： Bacillus subtilis has a significani effect on growth performance to improve the general level of conventional rabbits.
