三草尿毒灵颗粒对大鼠肾切除致慢性肾衰模型肾功能的影响

Effect of Sancaoniaoduling Granule on Chronic Renal Failure in Rats Induced on Kidney Removed

目的:观察三草尿毒灵颗粒对大鼠肾切除导致慢性肾衰模型肾功能的影响。方法:将慢性肾衰模型大鼠分为5组,三草尿毒灵颗粒5.45、10.9和21.8g/kg组,尿毒清颗粒2.08g/kg组及模型组。连续灌胃给药28天,于给药后第14天和第28天测其血清Crea和BUN值,且第28天测其血清TCH值。结果:三草尿毒灵颗粒给药后28天,显著降低肾衰大鼠血清Crea和BUN值。结论:三草尿毒灵颗粒对肾切除导致慢性肾衰模型大鼠有一定的治疗作用。

Object：To observe the effects of Sancaoniaoduling Granule （SCNDLG） in rats of Chronic Renal Failure induced on kidney removed. Methods：The rats of CRR model were randomly divided into 5 groups：the model group, the 5.45g/kg, 10.9g/kg, 21.8g/kg dosage groups of SCNDLG, the niaoduqing granules 2.08g/kg dosage group, and the rats＇ indexes of serum Crea, BUN etc were measured after the rats were respectively treated in SCNDLG on 14 and 28 days. Result： SCNDLG can obviously reduce rats＇ serum Crea, BUN value. Conclussion： SCNDLG has certain treatment function on rats of CRF induced on kidney removed.
