随着我国建筑业的迅猛发展,建筑业对兼具文科能力人才的需求不断扩大,建筑文秘应运而生。建筑文秘除要掌握建筑行业的相关基础知识,熟悉建筑企业的管理方式及运作过程外,还要具备专业文秘的基本技能,具有较强的文字表达、组织协调和使用现代办公设备的能力。高职教育体制下,培养建筑文秘人才的综合技能,除校企合作外,首先必须依靠校内资源的整合。因此,包含建筑、自动化和文秘三大功能模块的建筑文秘综合实训室的设立势在必行。

In the wake of developments in construction industry, the need of talents that have the ability of liberal arts is expanding. So the professional of the construction secretary come with the tide of fashion. In addition to mastering the basics about construction industry , familiar with the management style and operation process of the construction enterprises, the construction secretary should also demonstrates the basic skills that the professional secretary have, possess the strong ability in word expression and operates the modern office equipments. Under the system of higher vocational education, the integrated practical skills of construction secretary should depend upon the integrating college＇s resource and the cooperation between college and company. Therefore, the founding of construction secretarial training room that includes three functional modules made up of architecture, automation and secretarial must be enforced.
