高职院校突发事件“生本”应急管理机制研究

Research on “Student-oriented” Emergency Management Mechanism In Higher Vocational Colleges

本文以高职院校突发事件的新特性为切入点,根据学校突发事件应急管理中存在的典型问题,分析突发事件发生的四个层面的诱因并提出了突发事件事前、事中、事后"生本"应急管理机制。此外,本文在预警机制中提出了一种高职院校突发事件的时空预知新方法,借助现代时间序列分析理论、博弈论和宇宙全息对应理论,以提高预知高职院校突发事件能力。

From the perspective of the new characteristics of emergencies in higher vocational colleges and considering the typical problems in emergency management in those schools, this paper analyzes four levels of incentives for emergencies and puts forward the ＂student-oriented＂ emergency management mechanism for pre- happening, happening and post-happening of emergencies. In addition, when elaborating early warning system, this paper puts forward a new time-space foreseeing approach for emergencies in higher vocational colleges, which, with the help of the modern time series analysis, the game theory and the hologram theory of the universe, helps to enhance the capability of foreseeing emergencies in higher vocational colleges.
