摘要
通过实验的方法,将数码印花与机绣相结合,从色彩、质感、肌理等多方面仿制手工刺绣效果,结果表明,其可基本实现视觉、触觉的双重仿真,证实了将数码印花与机绣结合的可实现性,也基本完成了对数码印花立体效果的塑造。具有立体效果的数码印花仿真刺绣,较手工刺绣在生产效率上有很大提高,较传统机绣在仿真效果上有很大改进。塑造数码印花的立体效果的技术对传承刺绣工艺具有积极效应,为服装设计开辟了新型的装饰应用空间。
This thesis uses test methods to combine digital printing with machine embroidery to copy the effects of hand embroidery in many aspects including color, quality and texture. The results show that this way can realize visual and tactile stimulation, which not only proves the realizability of the combination between digital printing and machine embroidery but also finishes the modeling of three-dimensional effects of digital printing. Compared with hand embroidery, the digital printing stimulation embroidery with three-dimensional effects, the production efficiency of digital printing simulation embroidery has been improved obviously. Compared to traditional embroidery, the simulation effects of digital printing simulation embroidery also increases greatly. The technology that models the three-dimensional effects of digital printing has positive impacts on the inheritance of embroidery technology because it develops new application of decoration and application for garment design.
