双侧肾母细胞瘤12例诊治分析

Diagnosis,Treatment and Prognosis for 12 Cases of Nephroblastoma

目的探讨双侧肾母细胞瘤的临床诊治特点。方法对12例双侧肾母细胞瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果双侧肾母细胞瘤患者发病的年龄较小,而且病理的分型良好。结论早期正确及时的诊治与手术前后的化疗对患者的保肾和提高患者的生存率有积极意义。不主张对双侧肾母细胞瘤的患者进行放疗。若提高患者生存期和生存能力至少要保留一侧肾的2/3或者双侧的1/2。

Objective To summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics for nephroblastoma.Methods 12 cases with nephroblastoma in our hospital from January 1997 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Onset age for Nephroblastoma was younger,while the pathological classification was perfect.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment with chemotherapy before and after operation could protect the patients＇ kidney and improve the survival rate.Radiotherapy for nephroblastoma should not be encouraged.If patients＇survival time and survival ability wanted to be improved,two-thirds of one side kidney or bilateral 1/2 of two side kidney must be kept.
