磁共振动脉血管成像与CT动脉血管成像在脑血管疾病中诊断价值 被引量:9

The Value of MRA and CTA in Diagnosing Cerebrovascular Diseases

摘要 目的探讨核磁共振动脉血管成像(MRA)与CT动脉血管成像(CTA)在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 120例确诊脑血管病患者先行MRA和CTA检查,在一周内行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查。以DSA结果为金标准,对比两种方法检测脑血管病变的差异。结果①MRA与CTA在脑动脉狭窄中的敏感性分别为90.9%、100%,特异性分别为98.2%、90.2%;②MRA与CTA在烟雾病中的敏感性分别为100%、100%,特异性分别为95%、90%;③MRA与CTA在脑动脉瘤中的敏感性分别为100%、84.69%,特异性分别为86.44%、85.15%。结论 MRA在脑动脉瘤诊断中优于CTA。 Objective To study the value of MRA and CTA in diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 120 cases diagnosed with cerebrovascular disease underwent MRA and CTA firstly,and got digital subtraction angiography(DSA)subsequently within a week.DSA results were regarded as the gold standard.Then the results of MRA and CTA were compared in diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Result Sensitivities of MRA and CTA in cerebral arterial stenosis were 90.9%,100% respectively,and specificitices were 98.2%、90.2% respectively.Sensitivities of MRA and CTA in Moyamoya disease were 90.9%、100% respectively,and specificities were 95%、90% respectively.Sensitivities of MRA and CTA in cerebral aneurysm were 100%、84.69% respectively,and specificities were 86.44%,85.15% respectively.Conclusion MRA might be superior to CTA in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm.
