单片机控制的显微镜观测台三维运动系统

摘要 以数控技术应用为背景,针对显微镜观测台三维空间运动定位不高的问题,介绍了一种采用AT89C51作为控制器,以步进电机作为执行元件,与工业计算机控制相结合,实现了显微镜观测台的X轴、Y轴和Z轴三坐标方向的定位控制。通过实际应用验证了该系统不仅能够实现步进、慢速和快速三种运行模式,还具有稳定性好、准确度高、响应速度快等优点。 With application of numerical control,aiming at solving the problem of location imprecision of the microscopic observation stage on three-dimensional space motion,a location control is introduced,in which AT89C51 is used as the controller,step motor as the execute component.With the industry control computer,position control of the microscopic observation stage is realized in with X,Y and Z as three-coordinate positioning.Practical application proves that the system could not only realize three operation modes—step-by-step,slow and fast,but also have advantages of excellent stability,high accuracy and fast response and so on.
