CD_3、CD_8单抗联合治疗重型再生障碍性贫血30例

The Clinical for 30 Cases with Treament of Severe Aplastic Anemia Anti-CD_3, Anti-CD_8

目的探讨CD3、CD8单抗联合治疗重型再生障碍性贫血的疗效。方法将61例重型再生障碍性贫血的患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组31例。治疗组采用CD3、CD8单抗联合治疗,对照组采用环孢菌素A治疗。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67%和54.84%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 CD3、CD8单抗联合比环孢菌素A治疗重型再生障碍性贫血疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of anti-CD3,anti-CD, in treatment of severe aplastic anemia. Methods 61 patients with severe aplastic anemia were randomly divided into treatment group （n=30） and control group （n=31）.The treatment group was treated by anti-CDanti-CD, While the control group treated by cyclosporin A. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67% and which control group was 54.84% respectively（P〈0.01）. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat severe aplastic anemia with anti-CD：,,anti-CD8 than that of the traditimal treatmant.
