硝苯地平缓释片与卡托普利联合治疗老年高血压38例

38 Cases of Nifedipine and Captopril Combination Therapy the Elderly High Pressure

目的探讨硝苯地平缓释片与卡托普利联合治疗老年高血压的有效性。方法对38例老年高血压以硝苯地平缓释片与卡托普利联合治疗,与单独使用卡托普利的对照组的疗效结果进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率达89.47%;对照组总有效率为55.26%;两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论硝苯地平缓释片与卡托普利联用有较好的费用/效益比。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension nifedipine sus-tained-release tablets and captopril. Methods To compare the treatment effects of the 38 cases treated with Nifedipine and captopril combination, and captopril alone. Results For the treatment group, the total effective rate was 89.47%; while for the control group,the total effective rate was 55.26%; The results are significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nifedipine and captopril combined with good cost / benefit ratio is worth promoting clinically.
