摘要 目的评价磁共振对膝关节多种运动损伤的诊断价值。方法分析49例已除外骨折的运动损伤膝关节的MRI图像,并与X线和CT片做对比分析。结果磁共振结果示:关节积液44例,半月板异常38例,韧带撕裂6例,骨挫伤18例,软骨骨折3例。结论磁共振是诊断膝关节运动损伤的有效检查方法. Objective To assess the value of knee joint athletic injuries at magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Methods MR images on 49 cases of knee joints without bone fracture were retrospectively evaluate, and compared with X-RAY and CT. Results 44cases were hydrarthrosis, 38 cases were meniscus injury, 6 cases were ligament tear, 18 cases were bone contusion, 3 cases were osteochondral fracture. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging plays an important role in diagnosis of knee joint injury.
