健康成年男女血沉动态曲线图的观察

Healthy adult men and women dynamic curve observation

目的探讨全自动血沉分析仪的测量结果及动态曲线在健康成年人群中不同年龄阶段的意义。方法采用109mmol/L枸橼酸钠1∶4抗凝静脉血,全自动分析仪(ESR-30)对健康成年体检人员男性和女性各100例进行60 min和120 min两个时间段的测量。结果 20～40岁:男性(0.3～15)mm/h,女性(0.3～20)mm/h;41～60岁:男性(0.6～18)mm/h,女性(4.6～23)mm/h;61～85岁:男性(1.5～19)mm/h,女性(2.4～14)mm/h。根据动态曲线图的分型成年男性血沉测定的动态曲线图有80%为阶梯型,17%为持续缓降型,3%为未沉降型;成年女性血沉测定的动态曲线图有75%为阶梯型,25%为持续缓降型。结论健康成年男、女性的动态曲线图主要以阶梯型为主,其次为缓降型,未沉降型仅占少数。

Conclusions Healthy adult male and female dynamic graph mainly ladder type primarily, followed by slow drop type, not only in the minority
