非正式组织具有非理性成员、变动和隐蔽、社区家庭功能三个特征,其存在对正式组织工作效率起着积极和消极作用。通过建立电子网络技术、主动接触和自组织委员会三种有效沟通机制,吸引、进入和转化非正式组织的信息,突破沟通壁垒,消除阻碍组织效率提高的因素,使非正式组织活动和正式组织目标达成一致。

The informal organization has the characteristics of irrational members, alteration and concealment, the community family. It has both positive and negative effects on efficiency of the formal organization. The establishment of threeeffective communication mechanisms： electronic networking technologies, active engagement and selforganizing committee, will attract, access to and transfonn the information of the informal organization, breaking communication barriersand eliminating factors in hindering organizational efficiency in order to make the informal organization and the formal organization reach the same objective.
