地方高职院校人才强校的实践探索——以连云港职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 高校具有人才培养、科学研究和社会服务三大功能,作为高等教育重要组成部分的高职也不例外。为更好地履行上述功能,人才队伍的建设是极其重要的支撑。地方高职院校,尤其是经济欠发达地区的地方高职院校,受办学体制和地方经济发展等条件制约,在吸引人才和留住人才等方面有着天然的不足,因此更加需要走人才强校之路。本文以连云港职业技术学院为例,结合省级主管部门及地方人力资源管理的有关政策和学校人才的实际构成,以其近10年在人才引进、培养、使用、激励等方面的实践,对地方高校院校贯彻落实人才强校战略、履行好学校的三大功能进行了有益的探索。 Higher vocational Colleges, as an important part of higher education, have three functions in personnel training, scientific research and social service as well as universities. In order to fulfill the above functions, the building of the personnel is an extremely important support. Local vocational colleges, especially in economically underdeveloped areas, constrained by the school system and local economic development, has a natural deficiency in attracting talents and retaining talents, and therefore there are more need for strengthening human resources. Taking Lianyungang Technical College for example, the paper, combined with management policies of the provincial authorities and thelocal human resources, constitution of the school personnel and its ten - year practice in introduction of personnel, training, use and incentives, explores aspects of implementing the talent strategy and fulfilling three major functions.
