通过对连云港市海陆统筹状况的分析研究,探讨了连云港市在海陆统筹方面存在的问题,并从资源要素联动配置、基础设施联动建设、海陆产业联动发展、生态环境联动保护、陆海体制机制联动统筹五个方面提出了连云港市实施海陆统筹发展战略的对策。
