水利水电工程监理工作内容及存在问题研究

Study on Contents and Issues of Construction Supervision Operation of Hydropower Projects

1988年建设工程项目监理制度实施以来,对于中国工程项目产生了深远影响。水利水电项目作为一个复杂的系统性工程,具有周期长、技术复杂、工程投资大等特点,有效地监理和管理,对于施工进度、投资管理和质量控制具有重要的作用和意义。近年来,随着水电行业不断的改革和发展,水利水电项目监理也面临着新的挑战。文章主要阐述中国目前水电工程监理发展状况及存在问题,并提出新形势下水电工程监理亟待解决的问题及发展方向。

since execution of supervision system of project construction in 1988, it positively and deeply affects project construction in China. The hydropower project, as a complicated and systematic one, features long period, complicated technology and huge investment, etc. Therefore, it is important and significant for construction progress, investment management and quality control to be with effective su- pervision and management. In recent years, the hydropower project construction supervision faces new challenges with increasing reforms and development of the hydropower industry. In this paper, development status and existing issues in the hydropower project construction supervision are mainly described as well as issues required to be solved badly and development direction of the hydropower project con- struction supervision in new trend are raised.
