摘要
糯扎渡水电工程溢洪道弧形钢闸门安装具有外形尺寸大、重量重、安装工作面高、施工技术复杂、质量标准高和控制难度大等特点。文章着重针对糯扎渡水电站溢洪道弧形闸门安装质量控制的重点及难点,通过采用优化的大件吊装方案及合理的安装工艺措施,论证了门叶构件吊装方法及工艺措施的可行性,很大程度上缩短了溢洪道弧门安装工期,满足了糯扎渡水电站质量管理目标和防洪渡汛要求。
Installation of radial gate for the spillway of Nuozhadu Hydropower Project features large overall size, heavy weight, high in- stalling work face, complicated construction technology, restrict quality standard and control difficulty. Based on the key points and diffi- culties of quality control of installation of the radial gate for the spillway of Nuozhadu Hydropower Project, feasibility of lifting methods and technical measures for the gate leaf is demonstrated in this paper through application of optimization of plan for lifting large parts and reasonable technical measures for installation. This largely shortens the installation period of the gate and satisfies quality control objec- tives and flood control requirements of Nuozhadu Hydropower Project.
