摘要 糯扎渡水电站左岸开敞式溢洪道工程具有泄量大、水头高、流速大等特点,如何避免混凝土裂缝的产生,尤其是贯穿性裂缝的产生,是混凝土质量控制的重点及难点,而裂缝控制的重点是控制混凝土内部最高温度。结合溢洪道工程特点,通过对各个施工环节质量控制,延长混凝土内部最高温度出现的时间,降低混凝土内部最高温度,满足了混凝土温度控制要求,从而降低混凝土裂缝发生的危险。 The open spillway of Nuozhadu Hydropower Project on left bank features high discharge, high head and high velocity, etc. How to avoid occurrence of cracks especially through cracks in concrete is the key and difficult points for the quality control of concrete. The key point for crack control is to control the highest interior temperature of concrete. In combination with features of the spillway works and through the quality control of construction steps, time for occurrence of the highest interior temperature of concrete is prolonged, the high- est interior temperature of concrete is decreased, and requirement on temperature control of concrete is satisfied. Accordingly, risks on cracks in concrete are reduced.
